Order placement process
Order Placement online consists of 5 simple steps as defined below:

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing through our store. Once you have decided to place the order, proceed by clicking "checkout" from your cart.

Follow the instructions on screen by providing us with the contact information (email or mobile number)* and fill out the complete postal address** where you would like to have the delivery.

Select the shipping method on the next screen and see the shipping charge (if any).

On the final screen, select one of the payment method (e.g. COD) and click "Complete Order"

Take a screenshot or save the "Order Number" listed on top of the screen for future reference. *****
*As a primary contact information only ONE item (phone or email) will be used as an input. If email address is provided, then correspondences e.g. order confirmations emails, order fulfillment updates, tracking details as well as any cancellation requests will be notified on email ONLY. If, however, a phone number is provided, the customer will receive text message. Sometimes text messages might be delayed due to network issues which are beyond our control. If you have any PTA blocks already requested against your number then it may be that you may not even get any order confirmation text at all.
In order to ensure that all orders are confirmed and placed properly, you should receive a order confirmation number. Please save this number as it will be the primary information we will require to update you regarding your orders.
**Any mistakes in postal address, will result in delayed shipments. Therefore it is requested that the user inputs the exact house no, building no, street name, area, famous location nearby, post code and city name properly.
***We aim to ship all orders within 1 business in Karachi & Lahore and 2-4 business days (Nationally). Couriers take approx 2-3 days for Nationwide.

Shipping & Return
Free Express Shipping across Pakistan.
The customer will usually get an order in 1 business day in Karachi and Lahore and 2 to 4 business days (Nationally) after the order has shipped out. Delivery can take longer in remote areas in Pakistan.
“Cash On Delivery” orders will be processed after successful telephonic verification. However, D'LISH holds the right to process “Cash on Delivery” orders without telephonic verification for verified customers and/or during a period of high volume that includes sale, season launches, and other.
Return Policy:
If you find foil pouch in damaged and bloated condition so you have to do following steps for the replacement of product:
1: Send picture of damaged and bloated foil pack with box images on our Whatsapp number +92 3331235474 along with courier invoice picture within 2 days of delivery
2: Company will return the same product after analyzing the images and reasons of damage
3: It will take 5 days to resend the product to consumer after the analysis of images
Precaution:
There are certain precautions you need to take before using the product;
1. Do not use if the pouch is leaked or bloated
2. Keep at room temperature
3. Once pouch is opened, keep refrigerated
4. Store in cool and dry place away from direct sunlight
